Riley takes the case personal and sets out to find answers. Kevin Downes plays Agent Charles Baker who thinks of the missing people as another job. Brad Heller however starts a mystery. Heller is developing a unit of military personnel stationed in various areas that intend to carry out different operations. Now that the mystery is inspiring Downes and others, the question comes to mind. Does Heller have the truths?
