The Passion of the Christ
The Passion of Christ is one of the top Christian movies that appeal to many people who enjoy clean movies. In the movie, Gibson plays a leading role. The producers attempted to create a virtual illusion as to what they felt happen to Jesus during his stay on earth.
Of course, much of the content does not correlate with the bible’s story, but overall the movie does give us a good insight as to what occurred back in Jesus’ time. The Passion of Christ includes the re-cut version. This version has less violent content. The Passion of Christ is one of the most compelling and yet controversial movies that was created.
Mel Gibson is the director of the movie and James Caviezel plays Jesus. The Christian movies were designed to prompt viewers to ask questions about Jesus’ persecution. Its inspiring content however disturbed many viewers who felt ill from the violent content. The fact is Jesus did go through some if not all of what occurred in the Passion of Christ. It is a reality that all of us must consider, as Jesus gave his life on our behalf. His Father, put his son’s life on the line just to save our lives.
The movie depicts century old events of Jesus’ Crucifixion. The movie producer, Gibson did not hesitate to show the audience how traumatic Jesus’ experience was in this time. Overall, the Passion of Christ is one of the best-selling movies out there. Everyone recommends this movie.
