The movie is a two in one feature that also includes a documentary comprising of the “Making of Time Changer.” You get to see the inside edition of how the movie was made. Time Changer is the 19-century release of Russell Carlisle’s book. The movie is designed to tell people that they can learn morality without Christian teachings. His colleague however disputes Russell’s claims, which he thinks that the future generation will be seriously affected by Russell’s claims.
